Position Overview

Immediate Supervisor: Production Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: The cheese maker will be responsible for the making of the cheese at the vats, including any variation of the recipes that are approved for production. This will include but is not limited to operation of the cheese make vats, touch screens for control of the vats, pH meters and EFV’s.They will also need to be able to run the various CIP systems for cleaning the vats, fines saver, EFV’s, curd lines, HTST, barrel line, including the probe stations and whey recovery system. Cheese makers will be able to make decisions and accurately record the data required for all of the processes.

Position Overview

This person will be responsible for operating and cleaning the bagging equipment in the facility and sanitation of the general plant.  Must be able to fill in documentation completely and correctly at all times.


Essential Job Functions

  • Operate equipment as directed to produce a safe, quality product.

Summary: The Milk Pasteurizer Operator will be responsible for a variety of key functions related to our incoming milk supply and our finished products. This position is responsible for the continuous monitoring of all milk and whey processing equipment with our plant. This position is a rotating shift, with every other weekend; day and night shift available (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) Pay is based off of experience. Will train the right candidate.

This person will be responsible for operating and cleaning the spray dryer equipment in the facility and sanitation of the general plant.
