Position Overview

Immediate Supervisor: Production Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: The cheese maker will be responsible for the making of the cheese at the vats, including any variation of the recipes that are approved for production. This will include but is not limited to operation of the cheese make vats, touch screens for control of the vats, pH meters and EFV’s.They will also need to be able to run the various CIP systems for cleaning the vats, fines saver, EFV’s, curd lines, HTST, barrel line, including the probe stations and whey recovery system. Cheese makers will be able to make decisions and accurately record the data required for all of the processes.

Summary: It is the responsibility of the Quality Technician to assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of plant food safety and quality systems in compliance with company, industry and regulatory standards and customer requirements.  Conduct laboratory testing on products.

Summary: The Milk Pasteurizer Operator will be responsible for a variety of key functions related to our incoming milk supply and our finished products.
